Sarasota Retina accepts Medicare assignment and most major insurance plans.  You are responsible to get an authorization, if required by your insurance plan, from your primary care physician.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.  Payment is expected at time of service unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the service date.
